British holidaymakers have something to celebrate as Ryanair unveils its Winter 2025 schedule from Norwich Airport, introducing Malta as a brand new winter destination.
The budget carrier is offering fares starting at an incredibly affordable £29.99, making winter sun more accessible than ever for holidaymakers in the East Anglia region.
The UK's leading passenger airline announced the expansion this week, marking another milestone for Norwich Airport.
Malta joins the winter lineup, giving local passengers more options for escaping the British cold without breaking the bank.

| GETTYNorwich Airport's managing director, Richard Pace, said: "We’re really pleased to see Ryanair extend the Malta service into this Winter, adding to Alicante, which became year-round last year.
"Having two year-round destinations introduced so quickly after launching from Norwich is a real boost for the airport and for our passengers, giving them more choice and convenience, alongside Faro which continues through the summer months."
The airport now boasts two year-round destinations after Alicante became a permanent fixture last year. Faro remained available during the summer months, giving passengers in East Anglia three sunny options to choose from.
It's a big transformation for Norwich Airport, which has seen Ryanair boost connectivity across the region with Europe's lowest fares in such a short time.
Ryanair’s director of communications, Jade Kirwan, added: "Ryanair is pleased to launch our Norwich Winter 2025 schedule, including an exciting new Winter route to Malta.
"Since Ryanair first began operating at Norwich last Summer, Ryanair has boosted connectivity, providing our customers in the East Anglia region with more choice at the lowest fares in Europe."

This comes amid other new routes departing from the UK. Edinburgh Airport will get new routes to Iceland with flights operating four times a week.
Holidaymakers could be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights when visiting the bucket list destination.
London City Airport will also get more flight options, including British Airways flights to Spain and popular ski destinations.
The capital's most central airport is also bringing back favourite ski routes to Innsbruck, Geneva and Chambery, while announcing new flights to Madrid will depart from December 1.
