The island experience is available to book now, as more details have been announced

Holidaymakers heading to The Bahamas from December 2025 will be among the first to experience Royal Caribbean’s Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, an all-new all-inclusive destination designed to redefine the cruise line’s beach day experience.

Located just off the coast of Nassau, the private beach club will offer a blend of relaxation, family fun, and party-ready amenities, most notably The Floating Flamingo, now confirmed as the largest swim-up bar in the world.

The two-storey bar will serve as the centrepiece of the club’s vibrant pool scene, with front-row DJ sets, panoramic ocean views, and dedicated food and drink service available at exclusive poolside cabanas.

Set across pristine beaches and landscaped pools, the Royal Beach Club aims to deliver an elevated experience for guests of all ages. Among the highlights is the Ultimate Family Cabana — a two-level private retreat complete with a slide, whirlpool, frozen drink machine, and dedicated attendant — as well as The Party Deck, a poolside VIP area available for private bookings of up to 12 guests.

The beach club will open in December 2025, with day passes already on sale for guests booked on Royal Caribbean cruises visiting Nassau.

Packages begin at $169.99 (£128) for adults with unlimited open bar and dining (subject to change), with non-alcoholic and child-friendly options also available. Access includes round-trip water transport, sun loungers, umbrellas, beach games, lockers, towels, and Wi-Fi.

The Paradise Island location will be included on multiple Royal Caribbean itineraries, including sailings aboard Utopia of the Seas, which is the company’s newest and most advanced ship.

Guests can choose their experience from three distinct zones: family-friendly, chill, or party-focused, supported by 10 bars, three beach grills, local artisan markets, and live Bahamian entertainment.

This new offering is the first in Royal Caribbean’s Royal Beach Club Collection, with further clubs planned in Cozumel, Mexico (2026) and Lelepa, South Pacific (2027).

Royal Caribbean has spent over 50 years delivering holidays across a fleet of 29 ships, visiting more than 300 destinations. From its award-winning Perfect Day at CocoCay to its upcoming Star of the Seas launch in August, the cruise line continues to expand.

With new destinations including Perfect Day Mexico and ongoing celebrations for reaching 100 million guests, Royal Caribbean is offering up to $100 (£75) off U.S. sailings until August 5, 2025, as it looks ahead to millions more memories.

This comes as Royal Caribbean recently unveiled plans for Perfect Day Mexico, a massive 200-acre destination set to open in autumn 2027 on Mexico's Caribbean coast.

The company's president and CEO Michael Bayley said Perfect Day Mexico is "bigger and bolder than anything we have done to date".

The centrepiece attraction, Loco Waterpark, will feature more than 30 waterslides across five towers. The tallest, Jaguar's Peak, will soar more than 170 feet high with 10 slides, including two duelling slides offering "more than two minutes of pure thrill".

The park will introduce several world firsts, including "the world's first sombrero slide, modelled after Mexico's iconic sombrero". Other attractions include the longest coaster waterslide in the world and the tallest family raft slide designed for four to six riders.
