Regent Seven Seas Cruises shakes things up with a brand-new dining option on all ships

“Evening service at the Pool Grill and our enhanced pizzeria menu allow us to offer dining that is more relaxed in style, yet uncompromising in quality, true to the unrivalled Regent experience.”

The Pool Grill transforms into a self-service evening spot from 6pm to 9pm, weather permitting, across the entire fleet.

Guests can tuck into freshly made favourites like strip loin minute steak, rosemary roasted chicken, and Provençal-marinated lamb chops.

There are also vegetable kebabs for those wanting something lighter. The salad bar is packed with tasty options too, including Caprese salad, Greek salad, and hummus served with pitta chips.

It's the perfect way to wind down after a day exploring ports of call, with the ocean breeze and sunset views thrown in for good measure.

The star of the show is the new pizzeria menu, which features 10 handcrafted pizzas made with premium ingredients.

Pizza lovers can choose from options like the Burrata e Coppa, topped with tomato, mozzarella, coppa, arugula, and creamy burrata.

For something more indulgent, there's the Tartufo e Porcini with Italian sausage, porcini mushrooms, mozzarella, and black truffle cream. Vegetarians aren't left out either, with the Vegeteriana loaded with peppers, red onions, aubergine, courgette, mushroom, and spinach.

The pizzeria menu first appeared on Seven Seas Mariner following its December 2025 dry dock and is now available on Seven Seas Explorer, Grandeur, and Splendor.

Seven Seas Voyager will get the pizzeria menu after its May 2026 refurbishment, while Seven Seas Prestige will launch with it later this year.

To complement the poolside setting, there is a carefully chosen selection of sparkling wines and Champagne on offer. Guests can sip on options like Castello di Spessa 'Perte' Ribolla Gialla Spumante, La Delizia 'Naonis' Prosecco Brut DOC, and Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top Brut Champagne.

The Pool Bar stays open from 10am to 9pm for those wanting to enjoy a glass while watching the sunset.

All dining venues aboard Regent ships are included in the voyage fare, from Prime 7 to Compass Rose.
