A budget airline will run new routes between the UK and Thailand from next week

The airline will add two extra round-trip services on the route in March, helping passengers as global flight operations adjust to ongoing developments affecting airspace in parts of the Middle East.

These changes have increased demand for alternative routes between continents, prompting airlines to expand capacity where possible.

The extra flights will run:

March 9 – LGW–BKK (Z0793) – 12:25 local time
March 10 – BKK–LGW (Z0794) – 09:50 local time
March 11 – LGW–BKK (Z0793) – 08:50 local time
March 12 - BKK–LGW (Z0794) – 05:25 local time

The flights to Thailand's capital, Bangkok, respond to increased demand between Europe and Thailand, while ensuring reliable connections between the two regions.

Bangkok is known for its vibrant nightlife, bustling markets and authentic food, but it is also a great springboard for travelling further and exploring more of Thailand.

According to the airline, the route will continue to be served by its fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft. Passengers will be able to choose between Economy and Biz Premium cabins on the long-haul service.
