Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have unveiled its most extensive winter sun programme to date, offering 4.4 million seats for the 2026/27 season. The announcement marks a four per cent increase in capacity compared to the previous winter.
The expanded programme features 14 sunshine destinations accessible from 13 UK airports, including two newly introduced winter routes. Bournemouth will connect to Malaga, whilst London Luton will offer flights to Palma, Majorca.
The leisure airline and tour operator have also significantly enhanced its services to Morocco, Malta and Madeira, responding to growing demand from British holidaymakers seeking to escape the winter months.
The comprehensive programme spans destinations across the Canary Islands, including Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura. Mainland Spain features Alicante and Malaga, whilst other Mediterranean options include Cyprus's Paphos, Turkey's Antalya and Portugal's Faro.
During peak periods, the companies will operate more than 600 weekly outbound flights. The services will depart from Belfast International, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool John Lennon, London Stansted, London Luton, Manchester and Newcastle International.

The programme launch positions Jet2.com and Jet2holidays as the first airline and major tour operator to release its Winter 26/27 schedule.

The announcement comes as British travellers increasingly seek winter sunshine destinations, with Spain and the Balearics maintaining its
position as particularly popular choices. Morocco's Marrakech and Agadir feature in the expanded programme alongside Malta and Madeira.
The Winter Sun programme release enables customers and independent travel agents to secure early bookings for the 26/27 season. Further details about ski, city break and Iceland offerings are forthcoming.
