British expats considering a move abroad have been told the most relaxed cities to relocate to.
European countries dominated the list, with two Australian cities named as the only options outside the continent.
This is based on factors including how quick and easy it is to travel around, the cost of living, healthcare, crime and the average annual pollution to give an overall stress score.
Experts at Remitly found Eindhoven, the Netherlands, as the most relaxed city, with a low stress score of 2.34 out of 10. It had the lowest crime index score - at 20.9 - and impressive healthcare and travel times.

The experts said: "Eindhoven tops the global list as the most relaxed city in our analysis, with a score of 2.34 out of 10.

"Residents travel an average of just under 15 minutes to cover 10km, compared with more than 34 minutes in Kolkata, India, which has the longest journeys.
"The city also benefits from exceptionally strong public services. The Netherlands ranks 4th globally in the 2024 World Index of Healthcare Innovation, reflecting high-quality, accessible care nationwide."
Located in the southern part of the Netherlands, Eindhoven is an innovative city with impressive architecture, great museums and a lively food and drink scene.
Cities in the Netherlands dominated the list with four locations making the top 10 list, including the country's second-largest city, Rotterdam.
