With Easter and May bank holidays just around the corner, now is the perfect time to book a family getaway.
To help decide where to go, travel pros have rounded up the European city breaks that are "easiest" to visit as a family.
Research by LateRooms analysed 50 destinations based on factors including flight time, airport transfers, walkability, pushchair accessibility, child-friendly attractions and family-accommodation availability.
Copenhagen was crowned the easiest destination overall thanks to its short flight time from the UK and its walkable city centre.

Copenhagen takes less than two hours on average, and the city centre can be reached within 15 minutes from the airport. Exploring is easy, as it was named one of the highest cities for walkability.

Commenting on the findings, the experts said: "The city also offers a strong choice of family-friendly accommodation, alongside plenty of attractions that appeal to children.
"Tivoli Gardens, one of the world’s oldest amusement parks, combines rides, playgrounds and restaurants in a colourful garden setting. Meanwhile, the canals, playgrounds and waterfront spaces across the city make it easy to build slower moments into the day."
Following closely behind was Berlin in Germany, which boasts a huge number of family-friendly attractions - the research found more than 200 that are suitable for children, in fact.
The experts added: "The city’s mix of culture, open space and interactive attractions makes it one of the most engaging destinations for travelling with children."
