With the Entertainment + Netflix Bundle, you'll take delivery of a Virgin Stream. This compact set-top box delivers live terrestrial channels, exclusive channels from Sky TV and Virgin Media, as well as on-demand boxsets and streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, ITVX, Prime Video, and BBC iPlayer, to name a few.
For context, Netflix requires just 5Mbps to stream in 1080p High Definition.
Virgin Media's M350 Entertainment + Netflix Bundle is a new addition, following the overhaul of every TV and broadband bundle earlier this month. Following the shake-up, Virgin Media offers a Netflix Standard with Ads (worth £5.99 a month) subscription at no extra cost with all TV and broadband packages.
As standard, Virgin Media will send you one of its compact Flex set-top boxes to stream terrestrial channels, on-demand boxsets, and catch-up telly from the likes of BBC iPlayer, ITVX, and others | VIRGIN MEDIA O2 PRESS OFFICE You'll be able to stream everything included in the Netflix catalogue from your Virgin Stream box or sign in to your account on the Netflix app on your iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone or tablet, laptop, or other device and watch on another screen too.
As standard, Virgin TV viewers enjoy a range of Sky TV channels, including Sky Showcase HD, Sky Sports News HD, Sky Sports Mix HD, Sky Witness HD, Sky Max HD, Sky Comedy HD, Sky Nature HD, Sky Sci-Fi HD, and Sky Arts HD. The new bundle offers a welcome boost up to High Definition (HD) for all Sky TV channels at no extra cost — Virgin Media previously charged £7 for the privilege.
