Tempted to switch to the Google Pixel 10?

Google announced the tenth iteration of its Pixel smartphones last week at a splashy event in New York City, with upgraded cameras, smarter Artificial Intelligence (AI), and new colours. Prices start from £799.

The Pixel 10 lineup is currently available to preorder ahead of the UK release date on August 28, 2025. If you're tempted to switch to the brand-new Google Pixel 10, but need an extra incentive to make the leap... then Mobiles.co.uk might have just the ticket.

For a limited time, anyone who preorders the Pixel 10 from Mobiles.co.uk will be sent a £100 Gift Card to spend on anything in Currys. With that free cash, you'll be able to buy new accessories for your Pixel 10, including protective cases, wireless earbuds, or a charging stand or something completely.

Mobiles.co.uk is owned by Currys, so the British company is essentially paying you £100 as an incentive to upgrade to its latest Google Pixel monthly plans. Monthly plans start from £29.99 with a £9 upfront cost.

For that, you'll unlock unlimited calls and text messages, as well as 100GB of fast 5G mobile data. Sold via Mobiles.co.uk, the pay-monthly contract is with iD Mobile.

For those who don't know, iD Mobile relies on the Three UK network for its signal nationwide, so expect the same 4G and 5G network performance as Three customers in your local area.

But the giveaways don't end there.

Get a £100 Gift Card to spend in Currys and FREE Pixel Buds Pro 2 worth £219 with Pixel 10

This breathtaking deal is something else. For just £29.99 per month, you'll take delivery of the brand-new Google Pixel 10 with 100GB of fast 5G mobile data, unlimited texts and calls via iD Mobile. At the end of the two-year contract, you'll have spent £758.76 – that's £40.24 cheaper than buying the handset alone.

But this deal also comes with a £100 Gift Card to spend on anything in Currys and a pair of Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 wireless 'buds worth £219. That brings the saving to a whopping £359.24

$219 $0

Yes, this £29.99 pay monthly deal from Mobiles.co.uk arrives with a free pair of Pixel Buds Pro 2 (worth £219). These Bluetooth 'buds boast Active Noise-Cancellation (ANC) and can be used for hands-free calls and are designed by the same team inside Google as the all-new Pixel 10 phone.

It's an incredible deal, especially since the Pixel 10 lineup only launched in the UK today (August 28) after an extended preorder period. When everything is said and done, this Mobiles.co.uk deal comes to £758.76.

Buying the handset alone from Amazon costs £799 — so you're already saving £40.24.

And then you need to consider the £100 Gift Card to spend on whatever you like in your local Currys and the Pixel Buds Pro 2, an extra £219 if you wanted to upgrade to new earbuds outside of this deal.

In other words, don't even think about buying yourself a Google Pixel 10 from anywhere else.

The catch? You'll need to switch before September 3, since that's when the Mobiles.co.uk deal wraps up.

Get a £100 Gift Card to spend in Currys and FREE Pixel Buds Pro 2 worth £219 with Pixel 10 Pro

If you want the new Pro-grade Pixel from Google, this Mobiles.co.uk deal takes the biscuit. For just £33.99 per month, you'll take delivery of the brand-new Google Pixel 10 with 100GB of fast 5G mobile data, unlimited texts and calls via iD Mobile. At the end of the two-year contract, you'll have spent £974.76 – that's £24.24 cheaper than buying the handset alone.

But this deal also comes with a £100 Gift Card to spend on anything in Currys and a pair of Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 wireless 'buds worth £219. That brings the saving to a whopping £343.24

If you'd rather switch to the Google Pixel 10 Pro, Mobiles.co.uk has a similar promotion running. It costs £33.99 per month and arrives with the same 100GB of 5G data via iD Mobile, unlimited calls and text messages. The catch? This one comes with a hefty £129 upfront fee. Ouch.

Despite that punchy upfront fee, the total cost at the end of the two-year contract is just £974.76.

That's £24.24 cheaper than buying the handset outright from the Google Store and pairing it with your own SIM deal – a technique that's widely considered to be the most affordable way to switch to the newest hardware.

Like the offer on the regular Pixel 10, this offer includes a £100 Currys Gift Card to spend on anything in-store or online. And you'll also be able to claim a pair of noise-cancelling Buds 2 Pro (£129) too.

Google Pixel 10 Pro XL costs the same £33.99 per month with a £129 upfront fee from Mobiles.co.uk, and you'll take delivery of the same freebies too. Handy if you want the biggest possible screen on the new Pixel lineup and also need new wireless 'buds and a shopping spree in your local branch of Currys.

If you missed the Made By Google event earlier this month, the US search firm revealed new smartphones, earbuds, a smartwatch, and more.

First up: the 10th generation of Pixel phones — Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL. Google says these are the most personalised, proactive and helpful Pixels ever. Pixel 10 starts from £799, while the Pixel 10 Pro costs £999 and the Pixel 10 Pro XL maxes out at £1,199.

Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro have a 6.3-inch screen, while the Pro XL has a palm-stretching 6.8-inch screen.Google has upgraded the triple-camera system on the back of all its new Pixel phones, with up to 100x zoom on the Pro models – a record for a Google handset.

A new feature, called Camera Coach uses AI to suggest ways to improve your photos — like a new mode in the camera or different composition. Google also announced a new foldable, which it says is the most durable folding phone it's released.

Dubbed the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, it boasts a new gearless hinge design and IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. That means it has the same level of protection as the other Pixel 10 phones. The new Fold has bigger screens, with a tablet-like 8-inch display inside and 6.4-inches on the front. Despite these bumper new screens, Google is claiming over 30 hours of battery life. So you'll be able to watch a few movies on that big screen on a longhaul flight without packing a charger.

All of these new phones ship with Android 16, which was released a few weeks ago.

Google also unwrapped a new Pixel Watch, which arrives in two sizes so you can find the perfect fit for your wrist. It boasts a new AI-powered health coach that can answer any questions about your fitness data, or general queries about health, workouts, or recovery time.

This waterproof fitness watch can refill its battery to 50% in just 15 minutes. It starts from £349, but costs more if you want 5G connectivity at all times.

Elsewhere, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 you might already own are getting a major upgrade with new software features, including AI assistance with support for Gemini and Loud Noise Protection to shield your ears from loud noises. Pixel Buds Pro2 also ship in a new Moonstone colour to match the new Pixel phones.

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS

Lastly, Google unveiled a range of new charging accessories called Pixelsnap that use magnets to snap to the back of its new phones to keep the wireless charger in place. These will work across the new Pixel phones as well as any Qi2-certified devices. You can even interchange these new accessories with MagSafe chargers for iPhone. Almost everything announced in New York City by Google arrives in the UK today (August 28). The only exception is the new Pixel Fold, which won't land until October 9.
