Katie Boulter and Alex de Minaur both won 500 titles at the weekend after the British No 1's victory at the San Diego Open.

Katie Boulter and Alex de Minaur have shared a short clip of them both celebrating together after a monumental weekend for tennis' power couple.

The two have been dating since March 2022 with both supporting one another on a regular basis.

Their relationship was on full show on Sunday when De Minaur took a 6am flight from Mexico to California in order to make it in time for his girlfriend's final in San Diego.

The Aussie tennis ace had just defended his title in Acapulco the day before, but held off celebrating into the night to make sure he caught the flight.

He was in the crowd to witness Boulter win the biggest title of her career and the British No 1 even 'embarrassed' De Minaur by thanking him for travelling all the way to watch her match.

They're now set to stay in California for the next few weeks with both tours converging for the popular Indian Wells tournament.

They were in high spirits after Boulter's win in San Diego and they filmed a short clip on Instagram to share an update to their fans.

De Minaur held the camera as he started: "Hey guys, Alex here... Katie there.

"We just had a pretty good week. We both won 500s, we played some amazing tennis."

Boulter added while holding up her trophy: "We'll see you in tennis paradise."

De Minaur then finished with: "Look at the trophy over there, we'll see you soon."

The short clip went down well with their fans who congratulated both of them for their titles.

WTA Tour tennis star Daria Saville wrote: "Highest ranked tennis couple."

Another post read: "They’re cute and not excessive. Big congratulations to both of you."

A third message said: "Best couple on the tour right now."

Boulter will now move to a career-high ranking inside the world's top 30, meaning she will be seeded for Indian Wells this month.

"When you have that energy going into a final, the nerves aren't kicking in yet, she was thinking about the tactical part of it.

"I think it was a great match-up for her against Marta Kostyuk because she gets so much power, so she knew going into it she was going to have a great chance.

"But to actually do it in a tough three-setter and just over two hours after what's been quite a long week for her beating other top-20 players in [Beatriz] Haddad Maia and [Donna] Vekic has been fantastic.

"What a way to head into Indian Wells."
