Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane delivered a scathing assessment of goalkeeper Altay Bayindir's performance during the Red Devils' encounter with Arsenal at Old Trafford on Sunday.
The pundit labelled United "weak and soft" following the Turkish keeper's mishandling of a corner that resulted in the visitors taking the lead.
Keane's criticism came after Bayindir failed to deal effectively with Declan Rice's delivery, allowing Riccardo Calafiori to score from minimal distance.

The Sky Sports analyst was particularly damning in his evaluation, insisting the goalkeeper needed to display far greater authority when protecting his goal area.
The incident occurred early in the match when Rice delivered a corner that Bayindir could only partially reach.

Despite being under minimal pressure from William Saliba, the goalkeeper's weak attempt to claim the ball saw it slip through his grasp.
The loose ball dropped perfectly for Calafiori, who had the simple task of heading home from approximately one yard out.
Although Bayindir and his defensive teammates protested to referee Simon Hooper about potential interference in the penalty area, the official allowed the goal to stand.
The Turkish goalkeeper's inability to command his area proved costly for United, who had actually begun the match impressively.
Speaking at half-time, Keane was uncompromising in his advice for the goalkeeper.
"If you're the goalkeeper, take control of the six-yard box," he stated.

"Keepers and defenders complain all the time about people getting in their face. You get in their face. Be aggressive."
The Irishman's most striking recommendation was that Bayindir should "come with violence" when defending his area. "I've said it many times for a goalkeeper - come with violence. Take control of it," Keane emphasised.
He concluded his assessment with a damning verdict on the team's overall display: "Man Utd - weak and soft."
Gary Neville echoed his former teammate's sentiments during his commentary, stating: "It's going to keep hurting United, the goalkeeper has got to be stronger."

The ex-United defender acknowledged the physical battle in the penalty area but maintained that Bayindir bore responsibility for the goal.
"I think the goalkeeper has to be stronger, get that player out the way, Saliba hasn't got his hands up, I don't think he's done anything at all," Neville explained. "It goes through his hands, it's definitely a goal, he's just not strong enough."
Bayindir was given the starting position ahead of regular keeper Andre Onana, who was surprisingly omitted from the matchday squad entirely alongside striker Rasmus Hojlund.
