Matheus Cunha has reportedly agreed a five-year contract with Manchester United and is set to take Marcus Rashford's coveted No 10 shirt.
The 25-year-old Wolves star has emerged as one of Ruben Amorim's top summer targets after an impressive season at Molineux.
The shirt number decision signals the end for academy product Rashford at Old Trafford following his loan spell at Aston Villa, with the winger previously falling out of favour under Amorim earlier in the season.
Cunha struck 17 goals and provided six assists in 36 appearances this term, with his form arguably saving Wolves from relegation after their difficult start to the campaign.

The former Atletico Madrid forward has been keen on the move to Old Trafford since being approached earlier this month, according to Give Me Sport. United's final-day win over Aston Villa saw them finish level on points with Wolves.
United are now looking to finalise the transfer by approaching Wolves to meet Cunha's £62.5 million release clause.
The Red Devils hope this signing will kickstart Amorim's tenure after a challenging season that saw them miss out on European football altogether.

PAAccording to reports, it has already been decided that the Samba star will take the No 10 jersey, which has previously been worn by club legends such as Denis Law, Wayne Rooney and Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Rashford, 27, was frozen out by Amorim before Christmas and eventually secured a winter loan move to Aston Villa.
The England international's future at United now appears bleak with Cunha's imminent arrival and the planned shirt number change.

This development represents a significant fall from grace for Rashford, who had previously been one of United's most important players after coming through the club's youth system.
During his loan spell at Villa, Rashford managed two goals and four assists in 14 Premier League appearances under Unai Emery.
LATEST SPORTS NEWS:
Villa hold an option to buy him for £40 million this summer, but their 2-0 defeat to United on the final day saw them controversially miss out on Champions League qualification. This setback could impact their decision on making the move permanent due to financial constraints.
Rashford himself may not be keen on joining Villa permanently as he reportedly wants to play Champions League football next season.

This could leave United struggling to find a suitable destination for a player who earns £325,000 per week in wages.
The shirt number humiliation appears to be a clear indication that Amorim has no plans to reintegrate Rashford into his squad for the upcoming campaign.
