The Hollywood star isn't interested despite being single

Sydney Sweeney has been indundated with messages from Premier League players following her recent split from Jonathan Davino.

The 27-year-old Hollywood star has received a wave of direct messages from high-profile stars, including individuals at Manchester United, Liverpool, and Arsenal, with many offering to whisk her away to Europe for lavish dates.

But despite the tempting proposals, Sweeney has turned down every offer.

A source close to the actress told The Sun: “Her Instagram DMs are packed with messages from famous men trying to get in contact with her.

"It’s mostly guys playing for teams like Manchester United, Liverpool, and Arsenal.

"They offer her trips to Europe to see them and take her on a date, but she’s not the kind of person who does that.”

Some players have gone as far as trying to track down her address to send flowers.

The source added: “Some of them are very insistent and have even tried to find her address to send her flowers, but she always refuses.

"I’d say more than 100 people, from celebs to millionaires or very rich people from the Middle East and Asia, contact her every month.”

Following her split from Davino, Sweeney is now reportedly enjoying a more relaxed approach to dating in the US.

Friends are already playfully dubbing her “the most wanted woman in America since Madonna.”

While Sweeney seems unbothered by polite messages, she draws a hard line when boundaries are crossed.

“The ones who cross the line of respect are quickly blocked,” the source continued.

“Not long ago, an American actor who had recently divorced approached her to take her on a date.

"She declined and he started being very rude, so she told him to stop talking to her and to show some respect to her and all women.”

In May, the actress opened up about life post-breakup, saying:“I’m learning a lot about myself, spending more time with my friends. And I’m loving it.”

Reports suggest the relationship with Davino had been 'rocky for some time' before they officially parted ways, with Sweeney’s packed filming and production schedule cited as a contributing factor.

In addition to acting, she is producing and starring in the upcoming thriller The Housemaid.

Sweeney also made headlines recently for fronting a bold new campaign for American Eagle.

The denim ad, featuring the tagline “good jeans,” sparked debate online, with critics accusing the brand of racial insensitivity.

Others dismissed those complaints as overblown, calling the campaign 'the end of woke.'

Sweeney has a net worth of around £30million.
