Footage circulating on social media captured the Arsenal star at the centre of festivities, surrounded by a substantial gathering of local residents and loved ones.
The viral video showed Kelly dancing enthusiastically amongst the crowd during the weekend event.
The England international was filmed participating in the popular routine accompanying Cameo's Candy, joining in with the celebratory atmosphere.

Her street party represented an extension of the official commemorations that had taken place earlier in the week.
The Lionesses had been honoured with an open-top bus procession through central London on Tuesday, travelling along the Mall as supporters lined the streets to acknowledge their achievement.
The tournament victory represents a remarkable turnaround for Kelly, who acknowledged experiencing challenging periods before her recent successes.

"There were a lot of tears at full-time, especially when I saw my family, because they were the people that come me through those dark moments," she revealed.
The forward expressed appreciation for those who had questioned her abilities, stating: "Thank you to everyone that wrote me off, I'm grateful."
Her message to others facing similar struggles was clear: "Tough times don't last and just around the corner was a Champions League final. I won that and now a Euros final, I've won that."

Kelly's memorable performances have established her as a pivotal figure in England's recent dominance, having delivered the decisive goal against Germany at Wembley three years prior.
