On Sunday, thousands of Manchester United fans are set to attend a protest outside Old Trafford prior to their Premier League showdown with Fulham.
And former Red Devils star Paul Parker believes both Sir Jim Ratcliffe and the Glazers must shoulder the blame for the club's ongoing plight.
United were once the best team in the country, winning a staggering 13 league titles during Sir Alex Ferguson's time in charge.
However, ever since the Scot's retirement in 2013, the Red Devils have fallen well behind rivals such as Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal.

The Glazers have owned United since 2005 but still haven't invested a single penny of their own money into the fallen giants.
As for Ratcliffe, he's been in charge of sporting operations since buying a minority share in 2024 - but the club's fortunes have plumetted ever since.
On Sunday, thousands of United fans will attend a protest organised by a fan group called The 1958. After years of mediocrity, they believe now is the time for change.

"Yes, they are all to blame here," he said. "The football department of the club haven’t made the right decisions with head coaches, they also haven’t made the right decisions with quality of players as well.
"You look at Antony as an example, but also Andre Onana in goal. There are many more who haven’t been good enough."

| REUTERSWhile United have struggled since Ferguson's retirement, there have been some signs of improvement.
Michael Carrick has guided the Red Devils to seismic victories over Manchester City and Arsenal ever since replacing Ruben Amorim earlier this month.
Parker believes the club must look forward, instead of backwards, if they're to evolve.paragraphs
He added: "Man Utd are not the same as they were under Sir Alex. It’s time people realised this and moved on so Man Utd can look to progress in the right way.
"They have to look forward and it’s very important to have experienced personnel around the club, but I am not sure that the top of the club is doing a good job as the quality of the squad isn’t good enough right now and needs to improve."
Carrick still isn't expected to get the job permanently, however.

| PALuis Enrique, Thomas Tuchel and Roberto De Zerbi are just three names in the frame to take over come the summer.
Parker thinks all three have what it takes to bring the glory days back. But recruitment, in his eyes, is key.
"Any of those three can be Man Utd managers, but the main issue is to evolve the squad," he said.
"Signings to be made to make them more competitive on the pitch.
"The last few transfers windows haven’t been great and some of the players bought haven’t been good enough.
"There is some talent in the squad, so it’s building a squad around these individuals and then moving players on. Man Utd are carrying too many players and if Carrick is the man to help evolve the squad, then great."
