Luis Diaz has sent a message to Achraf Hakimi after his bruising tackle on the PSG star forced him to leave the field in Tuesday night's Champions League clash at the Parc des Princes.
Diaz netted twice for Bayern Munich as they continued their 100 per cent record this season, with the Colombia international bagging a brace inside the first 32 minutes.
However, just before half time, the former Liverpool winger was dismissed after a crunching tackle on Hakimi.
Hakimi, who is one of Luis Enrique's key players at the Parisian club, was forced out of the contest as a result and broke down in tears as he left the field.
PSG eventually pulled a goal back through Joao Neves but, ultimately, the defending champions were unable to get anything from the contest.
Diaz has come in for plenty of criticism in the short time since the incident, with some PSG fans bombarding him with abuse.
Now, the 28-year-old has taken to social media to address the tackle - admitting he was frustrated with his red card while hoping that Hakimi makes a full recovery.

"It was a night full of emotions. Football always reminds us that in 90 minutes anything can happen, the best and the worst," wrote the forward.
"I was sad not to finish the match with my teammates, but proud of their incredible effort. I wish Hakimi a quick return to the field.”
Bayern boss Vincent Kompany has defended his player, insisting that Diaz didn't mean to harm Hakimi.

"All that matters is that Hakimi recovers quickly," said the former Manchester City captain.
"What can I say. The intensity levels were massive. It is an unfortunate moment and that can happen. He didn't mean to injure him."
Kompany was, however, delighted that Bayern were able to continue their winning run - with the Bundesliga titans securing 16 victories on the trot.
"It is great that we managed to get a result like that holding on as a team," added the 39-year-old.
"For me the main thing I tell my players is that when there is hype, please don't believe it, you're not that good, and if you lose, you're not that bad.
"Now we have won 16 but from tomorrow onwards it is back to zero. I know the Champions League winner is not decided now, otherwise PSG would not have won it last season.

"Now it is about getting to the next round and this was a very important three points."
PSG boss Enrique, meanwhile, suggested that he didn't blame Diaz for injuring Hakimi.
"That's football, it's a contact sport," he said.
"It's a shame because it is complicated for the players but I remember the injury Musiala got in the summer and it is just one of these moments of bad luck."
PSG will seek a return to winning ways when they go up against Lyon in Ligue 1 on Sunday (7.45pm).
As for Bayern, Kompany's men are next in action against Union Berlin on Saturday (2.30pm).
