Liverpool have agreed to let Trent Alexander-Arnold join Real Madrid when the transfer window opens on Sunday in a deal worth £10m to the Premier League champions.
The agreement allows the LaLiga titans to sign the defender 29 days before his Liverpool contract expires on 30 June.
Madrid reopened talks with Liverpool this week about signing Alexander-Arnold ahead of the Club World Cup, which starts on 14 June.
The Spanish giants had initially proposed an £850,000 deal to sign him early, but that was rejected by Liverpool.

The final deal sees Real pay Liverpool a one-off £10m fee to cancel the full-back's contract early, whilst also covering Alexander-Arnold's wages for June.
Alexander-Arnold's registration will be transferred to Real on Sunday when the transfer window officially opens.
Liverpool could have banked £20m for the homegrown defender had they accepted Real's first approach in late December.
However, the club prioritised the team's pursuit of the title under Arne Slot, with Alexander-Arnold playing an important part in the ultimately-successful mission.

The timing of the deal allows Real Madrid to secure the England international ahead of the Club World Cup tournament.
The total package means Liverpool receive the full £10m compensation, combining the transfer fee and wage coverage for Alexander-Arnold's final month at Anfield.
Liverpool are expected to replace Alexander-Arnold with Bayer Leverkusen right-back Jeremie Frimpong, who should join the club shortly for £30m.

The club also remain in talks with Leverkusen over a club record deal for Germany international Florian Wirtz.
There is interest, too, in the Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez, who is valued at £45m.
The champions are also expected to move for another striker, especially should Luis Díaz or Darwin Núñez move on this summer with both forwards attracting interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia.

Speaking last week, Alexander-Arnold gave an emotional speech reflecting on his time at Liverpool.
"I'm just eternally grateful for everything that I've been given. We all dream of these moments but, for me, it feels even more special because I've been here 20 years," he said.
"It's an amazing chapter of my life - it's been my whole life - it's been everything I've ever worked for - dreamt for.
"To share it with you guys and create these bonds, a lot of the lads, especially these guys here [Virgil van Dijk and Alisson], have seen me transition from a boy to a man.
"The bonds and the brotherhood I've got with you guys will remain with me forever. I've got stories and memories I'll be able to tell kids and grandkids. I wasn't prepared for this, but I appreciate it, I appreciate all of you for everything."
