Leah Williamson has taken aim at those who doubted England after the Lionesses beat Spain on penalties to win Euro 2025 on Sunday.
Chloe Kelly scored the winner from 12 yards after misses from three Spanish players, with Hannah Hampton producing two brilliant saves during the shootout.
The match had gone the distance after Alessia Russo had cancelled out an opener from Spain winger Mariona Caldentey.
Williamson has now made history by becoming the first England captain to win two major titles. Speaking after the game, she couldn't resist poking fun at those who had dismissed the Lionesses' chances of glory after they'd lost to France in their opening fixture of the tournament.

"Relentless, we have players who absolutely love it. It's just unbelievable to do it again.
"And after that first game, no-one thought we would - and fair enough! But nothing has changed.
