Jamie Carragher has ripped into Chelsea, branding them a 'broken club', following their 3-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest on Monday.
The Blues were downed via a double from Taiwo Awoniyi, while Igor Jesus also scored from 12 yards before a late Joao Pedro consolation.
Chelsea could have got back into the fixture sooner, only for Cole Palmer to see a penalty saved by Forest goalkeeper Matz Sels.
Back in the summer, some tipped the west London titans to challenge for the Premier League title after their Club World Cup triumph in the United States.
Their league campaign has been nothing short of shambolic, however, with Chelsea now sitting in ninth with just three games remaining.
Carragher, speaking on Sky Sports, tore into the Blues by saying: "It's shocking and it comes from the top.
"There are five or six really top players on the pitch today and they've been beaten by Nottingham Forest's B team.

"Less than 12 months ago, they were taking PSG to the cleaners.
"There's no connection between the players and the staff, the players and the fans.
"In some ways, it's a good thing because it tells you that football isn't just all about spending money, buying players and this revolving door.

Pedro was, arguably, Chelsea's sole shining light.
The Brazilian has impressed ever since his summer arrival from Brighton and his wonderful overhead kick gave the home supporters something to cheer about late on.
Speaking after the game, Pedro admitted that players must take responsibility for their poor form - with Chelsea now on a run of six defeats on the trot.
"From the beginning, we conceded too early and against Forest it's difficult to change the game. I think we should do better," he admitted.
"We need to find a way to try to not do these mistakes every game. We need to start to win games. This is the Premier League and if you concede too early after that it's very difficult to come back.

"Everyone needs to look at themselves - me included. We need to find a way to do better. I feel sorry for the fans - tomorrow we see what has gone wrong.
"It's difficult because I don't think it's about the coach. It's about the players and it's on us to step up, me included. It's difficult to say something."
When asked if it was on the players to step up, he added: "Yes of course.
"We support the leaders [in the team]. We always talk to each other to find a way to win games. Last week we won against Leeds, this week it didn't happen, we need to find a way to win.
"The motivation is always there - today if we won we would be able to be in the [race for the] Champions League.
"Now will be more difficult but we need to still fight for every game and for every point and see what we can achieve."
