Oxford United have announced the death of Amelia Aplin, a 15-year-old player in their Girls' Academy, following a devastating incident during a match on Saturday afternoon.
The young footballer collapsed whilst playing against Fulham at the club's Training Centre in Horspath, with the club initially confirming that a "serious medical incident" had taken place during the fixture.
