Jack Grealish’s time at the Etihad appears to be coming to an end this summer, with Bayer Leverkusen emerging as the front-runners to sign the Englishman. Leverkusen is racing to get his signature, according to the Sun.
The Bundesliga side seems set to lose their star player Florian Wirtz, who looks to be packing his bags for Liverpool.
The German is expected to join Arne Slot’s Premier League champions for a fee over £113million, leaving Leverkusen with money to spend.

Ten Hag sees this as the perfect time to bring the forward in as Leverkusen are set to lose several key players during the transfer window and can build around Grealish.

Grealish is expected to be left out of the Club World Cup this summer and was not a part of the City’s side for the final Premier League game of the season against Fulham, with Guardiola admitting they need to find a solution that works for all parties.
The forward is understood to be interested in a move outside the UK, however, there are still Premier League sides interested in him.

GettyMail Sport claims that Everton has emerged as a shock contender to sign Grealish, however, this is understood to be on a loan basis.
Everton boss David Moyes previously spoke about how much he admired Grealish when he played at Aston Villa back in 2021: “He is a really good player and probably the best player in the Premier League at this time.
