Zara Tindall has spoken candidly about the "struggles” within the Royal Family in a fresh assessment of their relationships.
The 43-year-old daughter of Princess Anne made the remarks whilst speaking at the glitzy London Sporting Club lunch last week.
Her comments come at a time when the rift between King Charles and Prince Harry has been intensified after the latter bombshell BBC interview.
Opening up about tensions within the Royal Family, Zara admitted: “It is very hard to see from the outside.

“But, 100 per cent, it is a family that is still going through the same struggles other people do,” she added.
Further comparing the royals to a normal family, the 43-year-old added: “Whether they are relationships, obviously it is very easy to see every day. We’re still very supportive of each other.”
In her speech, Zara also reflected on the late Queen Elizabeth II where she said: “We had a very incredible person to look up to who is sadly not here any more."
"She was amazing and an inspiration to all of us,” the former equestrian said of her grandmother, who died in 2022.

Moving on to her husband Mike Tindall, Zara delved into the somewhat bawdyearly days of their relationship.
“I said, ‘If you get naked, I will give you a kiss... So, he got naked, I gave him a kiss and then... anyway,” she revealed.
After which, the 43-year-old admitted she had to enlist the help of a friend to move the “20-stone rugby player” after he has passed out drunk.

Princess Anne’s daughter was nowhere to be seen as the family observed various VE Day celebrations.
Their engagements included a glorious parade and RAF fly past at Buckingham Palace, a sombre Thanksgiving Service at Westminster Abbey and a concert on Thursday night.
Instead, Zara was pictured at a chic event at the glitzy Quaglino's restaurant in St James, London.
The soiree was hosted by The Sporting Club – which organises high profile networking events at venues across the country.

LATEST ROYAL NEWS:
Taking to Instagram with pictures of the 43-year-old royal, The Sporting Club posted about their “star guest to have to mark the occasion”.
“Zara Tindall was exceptional. Funny, revealing, honest,” they wrote.
“Whether it was about her stellar sporting career - World and European titles, Olympic silver medal and winner of Sports Personality of the Year - life married to world cup winning rugby star @mike_tindall12 or, of course, being a part of the royal family, Zara left no stone unturned.
“Throw in drinks and photos with Zara beforehand (and afterwards for well over an hour), a three course lunch, and a brilliant new venue, and it proved to be quite a day,” they added.
The event also helped raise funds for the Obex Foundation, which aims to reduce inequalities in healthcare through sport.
