The Duchess of Sussex has appointed Sarah Fosmo, a former assistant to Bill Gates, as her first chief of staff.
Meghan hired Fosmo as her most senior adviser as her husband, Prince Harry, also makes major changes to his team.
The appointment comes during what sources describe as a "dynamic period of growth" for the Duchess, The Telegraph reports.
Fosmo will oversee the upcoming second outing of Meghan's Netflix lifestyle series, commercial enterprise, and podcast as part of her expanding portfolio of projects.

Fosmo has reportedly described Gates and Oprah Winfrey, a long-time ally of Harry and Meghan, as two of her "favourite people".
Prior to joining the Duchess, Fosmo worked for six years at Gates Ventures, Bill Gates's private office, in executive administration.
She previously spent seven years as a senior executive assistant to American motivational speaker Tony Robbins.
Fosmo has described herself as "an accomplished professional with an extensive, long-tenured career managing complex, high-stakes operations for ultra-high net worth individuals".

She claims to be "adept at navigating high-pressure environments, while maintaining a warm, approachable presence".
Fosmo's expertise is expected to be "critical to navigating this dynamic period of growth" as the Duchess expands her professional portfolio.
However, Fosmo is not the first Gates ally who the couple have enlisted.
When Harry and Meghan first quit royal duties, they hired Catherine St Laurent, a former adviser to Bill and Melinda Gates, as joint chief of staff. She left after less than a year, transitioning to an advisory role.

Prince Harry has also been making some staffing changes after his own previous chief of staff did not work out.
Josh Kettler, a former Patagonia executive, failed to complete his three-month trial period with both sides agreeing "it wasn't the right fit".
In his place, the Duke has promoted Lianne Cashin, a long-serving member of his team.
Cashin has worked her way up through the ranks since joining Archewell, the Sussexes' production company, shortly after its inception.

She previously worked as a personal assistant to professional snowboarder Shaun White and is thought to have been involved with Los Padres Polo, Harry's polo team.
Cashin also recently played a pivotal role in arranging Harry's BBC interview where he discussed his security provision appeal.
The couple are hoping their "exceptional" new employees will prove the right fit to guide the next chapter of their ventures.
A source close to the Sussexes said the couple considered themselves fortunate to have two "exceptional leaders" in Fosmo and Cashin.
"Sarah, our proud senior hire as chief of staff for the Duchess of Sussex, brings a wealth of experience perfectly suited to guide the Sussexes' ambitious ventures," the source added.
The same source noted that Cashin had become a valued consultant who provided "deep operational insight for key projects".
