"It's always nice to come into the heat, into the sunshine," Zara remarked to local media during a TV interview from the cricket ground.
She added: "It's much easier to do it that way than when you're going back to the cold."
The 44-year-old embraced the summer weather with her outfit choice, wearing a porcelain-toned shirt dress featuring an asymmetrical floral print, accessorised with elegant gold hoop earrings.
Her husband complimented her look in a cream suit paired with a blue shirt and navy tie.

Zara faces a packed schedule over the coming fortnight, with numerous equestrian activities planned throughout the Magic Millions carnival.
Event co-founder Katie Page-Harvey confirmed the return of the ambassador lineup for 2026 in a statement released last year.
"I am thrilled to confirm the renewals of our entire Magic Millions ambassador family: Zara and Mike Tindall, Billy and Nicole Slater, Nacho Figueras and Delfina Blaquier, and Hamish McLachlan," she wrote.

Page-Harvey praised the collective contribution of the group, noting that Zara brings her credentials as an Olympic equestrienne and Patron of Magic Millions Racing Women, while Mike offers his background as a world champion athlete and racehorse owner.
"Their collective passion elevates every aspect of the Carnival, from the beach to the sales ring," she added.
Zara has previously spoken of the carnival's unique appeal, describing it as the perfect way to begin the year surrounded by fellow horse enthusiasts celebrating all things equine.
