The post accompanied a photograph of Leonor, 19, and Sofía, 18, holding Spain T-shirts with the number 10 - worn by player Athenea Del Castillo, 24.
England defeated Italy in the semi-finals earlier this week, whilst Spain emerged victorious over Germany.
As a result, the Lionesses will face Spain's national women's team in the final, with members of both countries' Royal Families in attendance.
The Prince of Wales watched England play the Netherlands at Stadion Letzigrund on July 9 in Zurich, where the Lionesses won 4-0.

The Prince of Wales, who serves as patron of the Football Association, initially witnessed the Lionesses bounce back from their opening 2-1 defeat to France in the tournament.
It would appear that Prince William has learnt his lesson after being widely criticised in 2023 for skipping a trip to Australia to watch England play in the World Cup final against Spain.
In stark contrast, Queen Letizia of Spain, accompanied by her youngest daughter, Infanta Sofía, made the 20-hour flight from Spain to watch their team emerge victorious over the Lionesses.
The Prince of Wales did send a good luck video alongside his daughter, Princess Charlotte, amid the tough criticism.
