Princess Eugenie has revealed her nickname for her cousin, Zara Tindall, in a touching Olympics-themed message on social media.
With Paris 2024 well underway, Eugenie shared an image of herself and her sister Princess Beatrice at London 2012 online.
The two daughters of the Duke of York can be seen celebrating jubilantly and smiling in a slideshow of snaps from the London Games - where they watched on as Zara Tindall scooped a silver.
In 2012, Zara - then Phillips - rode her horse High Kingdom to second place in the Team Eventing, where she was handed her medal by none other than her mother, Princess Anne.
Recounting the summer of sport on social media, Eugenie said: "The Olympics is one of the best things in our world.
"It's such a special time watching superhuman athletes represent their countries, bringing people together and inspiring generations."
But in a rare insight into the Royal Family's nicknames, the princess revealed her cousin Zara's nickname is none other than a simple "Z".
She continued: "Some of my most favourite memories from 2012 was being on the sidelines cheering on our heroes... Not to mention the best moment of all: Watching my family win silver in eventing... Goooo Z!"

Royal fans chimed in on Princess Eugenie's post to pile on the praise for the Yorks - with the Duchess of York pictured alongside her girls in one photo - as well as Zara's Olympic achievements.
One said: "Nothing will beat Princess Anne giving Zara her medal!" - while another added: "So true Princess Eugenie! I adore seeing you and your sister and mum! Blessed family!"
Another referenced the late Queen's barnstorming entrance to London 2012, where she - or a body double - parachuted into the London Stadium, as it's now known, alongside James Bond.
They said: "Your grandmother was my favorite Bond girl!"

While social media users were keen to highlight royal Olympic history, it emerged that Princess Eugenie isn't the only one to use the "Z" nickname for Zara.
During Mike Tindall's 2022 "I'm A Celeb" run, Zara herself revealed that the couple - alongside their children Mia, Lena and Lucas - are often known by their initials, with the Princess Royal's daughter signing off a letter to the jungle with "Z, M, L and L."
And the ex-England rugby star has himself used the monosyllabic moniker.
While chatting on the House of Rugby podcast in 2020, Tindall said: "Sorry, Lena's just on fire at the moment, she's never quiet... I did just send 'Z' a message, going: 'Shush please,' so she's obviously moving from somewhere."
