The good news comes after Mr Phillips reunited with King Charles and other members of the Royal Family for a church service at St Mary Magdalene Church last week.
Princess Anne's son's public appearance followed his absence from the royal Christmas Day festivities, which took place before the gathering.
The King's eldest nephew journeyed to the Sandringham estate church, accompanied by his fiancée, Harriet Sperling, an NHS nurse whom he became engaged to in August.
The 77-year-old monarch greeted chaplain Reverend Paul Williams with a warm handshake as crowds gathered to watch the royals arrive.

Peter's sister, Zara Tindall, had been present at the Christmas Day celebrations that her brother opted to miss, but did not attend the service.
Mr Phillips opted to celebrate Christmas privately with Ms Sperling and her family rather than joining the traditional royal gathering at Sandringham.
In 2024, Ms Sperling had been working over the festive period, but this time the couple chose a quieter celebration away from public attention.
