Prince William and Princess Kate shared some playful banter as they went head-to-head during their surprise trip to Northern Ireland.
The couple’s final engagement took them to Long Meadow Cider’s farm in Craigavon, where they participated in traditional apple peeling and bread-making activities.
As the couple began preparing apples at the award-winning family farm, Prince William couldn't resist a gentle jibe at his wife.
"Do keep up," the heir to the throne told Princess Kate when she appeared to fall behind with her peeling task.
The royals undertook the task as they learned how the facility combines and maintains modern sustainability targets while sticking to traditional farming methods.
The royal banter continued when farm owner Pat McKeever informed William that he specifically wanted thick slices of apple.
"You'll get what you're given!" the future King shot back, leaving the room, including Princess Kate, in stitches.
Whilst peeling his first apple, William had turned to the McKeever family with another jest.

"If we are peeling every apple, you are going to have to start helping. We'll be here a while!" he quipped.
William and Kate then turned their attention to bread making, providing further entertainment as the prince attempted to shape potato apple dough.
Staff members instructed the couple to form circles, prompting William to examine his distinctly rectangular creation with mock confusion.
"A circle?" Prince William questioned, causing Princess Kate and onlookers to burst into laughter.

Admiring his effort, he tilted his head to view the dough from another angle and said: "If you look at it this way, it looks like a circle."
When a staff member suggested it resembled a rectangle, William responded: "A rectangle, certainly. This is a new variety."
While bread was on the agenda, William was dealt a further slice of humble pie when he compared his own mishapen effort to Kate’s perfectly rendered dough.
He questioned: "How has that gone so circular, and this looks like a rectangle?"

Catherine McKeever, whose family has operated Long Meadow for three generations, described hosting the royal visitors as "just absolutely unbelievable".
She noted that the future king and queen seemed like "an ordinary couple coming in to see how to make bread" whilst learning her family's traditional recipe.
The farm, situated near Portadown in County Armagh, has evolved beyond traditional farming.
The business now produces artisanal ciders, apple juice and apple cider vinegars, whilst offering tourist experiences including tours and tastings.
The visit formed part of the royal couple's broader engagement in Northern Ireland, where they rode in a fire engine, which Kate was keen to see William drive at full speed.
