"That's the bucket!" Mr Levy responded enthusiastically.
"That's the bucket, is it?" William shot back, prompting laughter from both men.
Apple TV describes the Prince's participation as a highlight of the new series.
Mr Levy was promised to meet "a very special guest, the Prince of Wales" in his quest to understand what constitutes the "ultimate travel bucket list".

His itinerary also includes participating in Day of the Dead festivities in Oaxaca, Mexico, taking road trips across America, and joining St Patrick's Day celebrations in Ireland.
"Now that I'm considered something of a traveller, I've challenged myself to complete my own bucket list before actually kicking the bucket," the Schitt's Creek creator explained in the trailer.
The Reluctant Traveller will return to screens on September 19.
In the clip, William appeared at ease as he spoke with Mr Levy in what was a relatively unusual environment for the Prince of Wales.

This appeared to be in sharp contrast to his brother, Prince Harry, who has not embraced screen roles even with he and Meghan Markle’s Netflix deal and her lifestyle show with the streamer.
Royal expert Jennie Bond told GB News that TV was evidently not the "forte" of the Duke of Sussex.
"I think he has realised that perhaps television isn't his forte, producing television programmes is really not as easy as he might have thought, and he's far better not on the celebrity treadmill.
"He's much better using his name for his campaigns, and I think that he is going to be going in that direction with just a little foot in the Netflix camp from time to time," she told the People’s Channel.
Elsewhere, Prince William and Princess Kate ended their seven-week break from public duties with a trip to the Natural History Museum - where the Princess showed off her new blonde look.
