Peter Phillips set to undergo relationship test with new girlfriend this summer

Peter Phillips is set to undergo a relationship test with his new girlfriend this summer, according to insiders.
Queen Elizabeth's oldest grandchild is dating Harriet Sperling, an NHS nurse and freelance writer.
Phillips and Sperling made their public debut in May at the Badminton Horse Trials earlier this year, to cheer on Phillips's sister Zara Tindall.
They made their second appearance as a couple at the Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire.

"They had a table where they had lunch and were joined by Peter's daughters, Savannah and Isla, and Harriet's daughter."
They continued to tell Hello!: "The girls had obviously been on the fun fair and were sitting on a massive shark plushie that they'd won, it was all very relaxed."
Phillips is likely to head up to Balmoral Castle this summer, alongside his mother Princess Anne and sister Zara, as guests of King Charles and Queen Camilla for the summer.

However, it is not yet known if Phillips will take his new girlfriend for the trip.
Insiders told Tatler Magazine that if Sperling accompanies Phillips to Aberdeenshire, she could be put through the "Balmoral Test".
A summer invite to the Royal Family's 50,000 Scottish estate is understood to come with tests of protocols and traditions.
If Sperling visits Balmoral Castle, she could be put through similar tests as the latest person to date a member of the Royal Family.

Sperling works as a Paediatric Nurse Specialist for the NHS.
Phillips formerly dated Lindsay Wallace from 2021 to 2024, however, their relationship "ran its course", sources claimed.
Before this, Princess Anne's son was married to a Canadian woman named Autumn Kelly, however, they announced their separation in 2020.
Phillips and Kelly continue to co-parent their two children, Savannah, 13, and Isla, 12.
