Former England captain Mike Tindall has sparked controversy after claiming Ireland "didn't have to do anything" to secure their commanding 42-21 Six Nations triumph over England at Twickenham.
The 2003 World Cup winner argued that Steve Borthwick's side essentially handed victory to their opponents through a dismal display.
"They were desperate to win that game, and I think a few of their individuals stood up and had great games," Mr Tindall said.
"But, and there is a big but in this, they did not have to do anything to win that game. It was all given to them by England."

The outside centre backed up his assertion by pointing to England's statistical superiority throughout the match, noting they recorded more metres gained, defenders beaten, carries, dominant carries, and yards after contact, while also enjoying greater territory and possession.
However, Mr Tindall expressed particular concern about his former team's lack of urgency at the breakdown, observing that the ball frequently spilt out uncontrolled to scrum-half Alex Mitchell.
"The amount of times the ball flew out the back to Mitchell, it rolled out the back. It wasn't controlled," he continued to tell The Good, The Bad & The Rugby podcast, contrasting England's sluggish support play with Wales's more committed approach in their narrow defeat to Scotland.
The remarks have drawn widespread criticism on social media, with rugby supporters dismissing Mr Tindall's analysis as sour grapes following Ireland's record-margin away victory at the home of English rugby.

One Irish supporter branded the comments "embarrassing," suggesting Mr Tindall was simply attempting to console himself after his pre-tournament predictions of a title decider fell flat.
A South African fan described the take as inflammatory, writing: "That's a hot take if I ever saw one. England allowed themselves to get blitzed…? Give credit where it's due!"
Another observer noted that England is long overdue for a victory against Ireland, who have dominated the fixture in recent years.
From an Irish perspective, the performance at Allianz Stadium served as a powerful reminder that reports of Andy Farrell's side being in decline had been greatly overstated.
