The royal expert expressed concern about potential future attacks on the monarchy

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams has issued a stark warning about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's future conduct, suggesting their next moves could depend entirely on their Netflix contract renewal.

Speaking on GB News, Fitzwilliams cautioned that the couple might produce more "destructive" content targeting the Royal Family if their streaming deal falls through. "A lot depends on Netflix and how that contract goes," he stated.

The royal expert expressed concern about potential future attacks on the monarchy, saying: "If they don't succeed in getting at least some sort of link with Netflix, I think they might do some more destructive pieces and I hope that does not happen."

His comments come as speculation mounts about the Sussexes' media partnerships and their ongoing relationship with the Royal Family.

Fitzwilliams painted a bleak picture of the relationship between the Sussexes and the Prince and Princess of Wales, declaring that reconciliation appears impossible.

"I'm afraid the rift does not seem to have any chance at all of being solved, and the reason is obvious," he explained during his GB News appearance.

The commentator was unequivocal about the root cause of the estrangement. "The Royal Family, particularly William and Catherine, do not trust them. That's with good reason, too," he stated.

This breakdown in trust has created what appears to be an insurmountable barrier between the two couples, with Fitzwilliams suggesting that past actions have irreparably damaged the relationship.

Fitzwilliams made these observations as Meghan Markle unveiled her latest business venture - a rosé wine through her As Ever brand.

The Duchess of Sussex announced the alcoholic beverage on Friday, with the product set to launch on 1 July. The wine is described as having "soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality and a lasting finish."

Acknowledging this new direction, Fitzwilliams noted: "She is trying something new and something more positive."

The rosé marks As Ever's first alcoholic offering and comes after the brand's initial launch in April, when products sold out within an hour.

The company also introduced Limited-Edition Orange Blossom Honey and Apricot Spread, both of which quickly sold out following Friday's restock.

Fitzwilliams criticised the couple's pattern of publicly attacking the Royal Family whilst simultaneously benefiting from their royal connections.

"What I object to is the way they constantly attack the Royal Family. They are completely unpredictable," he stated on GB News.

The commentator highlighted how the Sussexes capitalise on their royal status for publicity. "The moment their family comes into it, they get worldwide publicity," he observed, noting their strategic approach to revealing their children's faces.

Fitzwilliams also praised the monarchy's unique appeal, stating: "What we've seen in the last few years with Trooping the Colour, you've seen the Royal Family on show. No one else can match it."

His warning about potential future "destructive pieces" reflects concerns about the couple's unpredictable behaviour should their media partnerships falter.
