Meghan and Harry attended the premier for a Bob Marley movie in Jamaica last night

Meghan Markle wore a custom-made Carolina Herrera maxi skirt and £2,500 earrings to dazzle the crowds at last night’s premiere in Kingston, Jamaica.

The duchess chose a simple, yet effortlessly elegant outfit paired with bright jewellery to walk along the red carpet alongside her husband, Prince Harry.

Meghan’s one-of-a-kind skirt was designed for her by Venezuelan fashion designer, Carolina Herrera.

The mother-of-two paired the full-bodied maxi skirt, which cinched at the waist, with a simple black body suit with spaghetti straps.

The duchess left her neck and wrists bare last night but decorated her ears with round, gold statement earrings worth £2,500.

At some points in the night the duchess was also seen holding her classic Jimmy Choo Black ‘J Box’ clutch which retails at £824, according to the royalfashionpolice Instagram account.

The clutch is one of Meghan’s staple pieces which she has been seen holding at other events like the thanksgiving service on ANZAC day in London in 2018.

The black bag is trimmed with gold and has an optional simple gold strap that can sit over the shoulder- although Meghan opted to hold onto the clutch on Tuesday.

For her makeup, the duchess chose a simple but radiant look with rosy cheeks and dark mascara to match the rest of her elegant style. She also showed off a fresh manicure with French tips.

Meghan pulled back her hair into a middle parting and a sleek low bun revealing her glowing neck and shoulders.

Smiling alongside Meghan, Harry opted for a more casual but matching look wearing a black suit and open neck white shirt revealing a black necklace.

At the premier, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shook hands with actors and posed for photos with famous people like Ziggy Marley, the son of Bob and Rita Marley.

The outing marks the couple’s first joint public appearance of 2024 after Meghan missed the Living legends of Aviation award ceremony which Harry attended last week.

According to People, the duchess missed the event after one of their children became ill.

The trip to Jamaica is Harry and Meghan’s second trip to the country as a couple; they travelled there in 2017 to attend the wedding of Harry’s friend, Tom Inskip.

Prince Harry also visited Jamaica alone as part of the Diamond Jubilee royal tour in 2012 where he “raced” with Jamaican sprinter, Usain Bolt.
