Meghan Markle wore an Archewell apron as she made dumplings with refugees in California during a cooking class.
A new video shows the Duchess of Sussex cooking traditional Afghan food surrounded by a group of women.
The video was uploaded to Harry and Meghan’s Archewell website just days after the duchess made a surprise engagement in London by video link.
Archewell previously revealed that Meghan was joined by a group of 15 women for “an evening of cooking and storytelling” on February 10.

Now a video has emerged on the website showing Meghan cooking in an apron with the name of her organisation printed on the front.
Underneath the apron, Meghan wears a sleeveless, black sweater from J Crew, which costs £77 ($98).
The cooking class was part of the Southern California Welcome Project, an organisation launched by Meghan and Harry in 2023 to support women-led programming.
On the Archewell website, the project is described as bringing “access to critical resources and opportunities that not only supports the women participating in The Welcome Project, but also improves the lives of those around them - their families and their communities.”

The duchess joined the women to make traditional Afghan food like Ashak and Mantuu and share personal stories.
On the website, it states: “Following meal preparations, the women sat down to discuss their personal stories and the support they find from this intergenerational group of women.”
The event was in collaboration with The Archewell Foundation’s partner, Mina’s List.
The video can be found in the ‘Programs’ section of the Archewell website under ‘The Welcome Project’ tab.

The website is different to the new Sussex.com website that Meghan and Harry launched earlier this month as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for all their activities.
Meghan announced the opening of a new wing of an animal charity in honour of her late friend, Oli Juste, on Sussex.com last week.
In the video message watched by Juste's friends and family, Meghan said: "A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Mayhew who have worked tirelessly to bring this dream to life.
"It was so important to find a way to celebrate Oli's memory in a manner that he would have loved.”
