Meghan Markle is the "stronger partner in the marriage" with Prince Harry, according to one royal expert who suggests she can "very much feel the hand" of the Duchess of Sussex on most decision made by her husband.
Ingrid Seward claims Harry's friends "don't know who he is now" and he "doesn't seem like the person who everybody used to know".
His old friends have reportedly abandoned the prince following his Oprah interview, Netflix docuseries and release of his book, Spare.
It comes after Harry launched attacks against the Royal Family.
"I think he's got a lot of challenges ahead but I don't think he knows what they are," Seward told The Sun.
"I think they've lost touch with him and they don't know who is he is now, he doesn't seem like the person who everybody used to know. The fun loving, sporty, semi-hell-raiser he used to be is no more.
"He's now into therapy, and wellness and changing the world, or trying to, I don't think this is the man he knew."
However, Seward added that she had heard from friends that Harry "is very happy in California".

"He hasn't been there long enough yet to become unsettled but I think a time will come when he yearns for the green grass of home."
But, the royal expert added: "I think it's to do with the more powerful person in the couple and I get the feeling she's the stronger partner in this marriage.

"I can’t believe he’d stoop so low. It’s outrageously disloyal. Oprah, Netflix and then the book? Three strikes and you’re out," the source said.
