The King and Queen attended a landmark celebration at the Royal Albert Hall this evening, marking half a century since His Majesty established The King's Trust.
The special event united ambassadors, former beneficiaries, staff members and volunteers connected to the charity for an evening honouring its five decades of work with young people.
Television presenters Ant and Dec served as hosts for the occasion, greeting Their Majesties upon their arrival on the red carpet.
The celebration brought together those who have contributed to and benefited from the organisation, which was previously known as The Prince's Trust.

As the evening drew to a close, the King and Queen joined award winners on stage for a commemorative photograph.
The audience then participated in a traditional 'three cheers' moment with Their Majesties before their departure.
This provided a fitting conclusion to the milestone celebration at the iconic Kensington venue.
The charity operates on the principle that every young person deserves an opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances or the obstacles they encounter.

Since Charles founded the organisation as Prince of Wales in 1976, it has assisted more than one million young people throughout the United Kingdom in realising their potential through skills development, employment preparation and job access.
Over the past five years, three-quarters of those supported have progressed into employment, education or training.
The anniversary celebrations will continue on Thursday with a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace, held with His Majesty's permission to honour the charity's golden jubilee.
