Prince William will embark on a two-day tour of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly later this month, with a programme centred on tackling homelessness and delivering sustainable housing solutions.
The Duke of Cornwall, as William is known in the county of Cornwall and the wider Duchy of Cornwall estate, will travel to the region from May 21 to 22.
He will visit the Duchy of Cornwall's flagship Nansledan development near Newquay before heading to St Mary's in the Scilly Isles.
The visit will see him open a new healthcare facility, inspect affordable homes nearing completion, and participate in tree replanting efforts following storm damage earlier this year.

On the first day of his visit, the duke will tour Nansledan, the Duchy's ambitious sustainable extension to Newquay currently under development.
Prince William will examine proposals for Market Street, a pioneering high street project scheduled for completion in 2028 that will offer commercial premises for local craftspeople and enterprises.
The development marks a significant phase in Nansledan's expansion, which has already grown to encompass approximately 900 residences, a primary school, business premises, and over 40 independent traders.
Green spaces, including wildflower meadows, orchards, wetlands and community allotments, complement the built environment.

The duke will also visit the site's inaugural Build-to-Rent properties and meet local residents during a walkabout.
On the second day, the father-of-three will reach St Mary's aboard the newly commissioned pilot boat 'John Guy', a Duchy-funded vessel named after a long-serving colleague born on the islands.
The boat will assist with maritime safety operations, including guiding larger vessels through local waters.
William, 43, will then proceed to the Isles of Scilly Hospital to officially open an extension that has expanded medical capacity for island residents.

The duke has maintained a keen interest in improving healthcare provision on Scilly.
The community-led project, backed by the Duchy, combines NHS and social care services under one roof, enhancing resource sharing and continuity of care for elderly patients.
The heir to the throne will subsequently inspect 10 sustainable homes being constructed by the Duchy to address the islands' severe housing crisis.
Priority for the properties will go to individuals who have resided on Scilly for at least five years or are currently employed there.
The dwellings will incorporate extensive insulation, positive ventilation systems and rooftop solar panels, with each home allocated a parking space linked to the island's car-share scheme and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
First residents are anticipated to move in during winter 2026.
The visit will conclude with the duke replanting a shelterbelt tree alongside local emergency responders, symbolising recovery from Storm Goretti's destruction in January 2026.
