King Charles and his brother Prince Edward have been seen in good spirits as they attended the Royal Windsor Horse Show together on Saturday.
The monarch, 76, is seldom pictured alongside his younger brother, the Duke of Edinburgh, 61, unaccompanied by other members of the Royal Family.
The annual horse show, beloved of their late mother, Queen Elizabeth II, has been held on the grounds of Windsor Castle since 1943. Elizabeth had been a regular attendee of the event until her last appearance in 2022, just months before her death.
Charles was pictured debuting a new relaxed look, sporting a pair of cool Serengeti sunglasses.

He cut a relaxed figure with a grey jacket matched with a blue and green striped tie.
Completing the outfit was his personalised Royal Windsor Horse Show lapel pin, embossed with “HM the King,” a thistle, and a red check pocket square.

Edward opted for a swish country-style jacket and tie bearing the same colours and pattern as his older brother.
Both brothers were pictured deep in conversation as they perused the various sights of the event.
Also present was Prince Edward’s wife, Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, who was also pictured with the King.
The Duke of Edinburgh also attended alongside Sophie earlier in the week as he prepares to represent the Royal Family on the global stage.

On Sunday, Edward will be the face of the Royal Family at the inauguration of Pope Leo XIV.
He will attend the ceremony in Rome on Sunday in lieu of King Charles or the Prince of Wales.
The inauguration Mass for the 267th Pontiff and Bishop of Rome will take place on the morning of May 18 at St Peter’s Square.
Prince William previously attended Pope Francis' funeral on behalf of the King due to a longstanding royal rule.
