The Prince and Princess of Wales have greeted Emmanuel Macron as the French President's Three-Day State Visit begins

Princess Kate chose a sophisticated ensemble for her meeting with the French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte, wearing a Christian Dior jacket paired with a hat by Jess Collett.

The Princess of Wales's jacket, the 30 Montaigne Rose Des Vents Bar Jacket from the 2024 collection, represents a modern interpretation of a classic design originally created by Christian Dior in 1947.

The royal accessorised with meaningful jewellery pieces, including earrings that belonged to Princess Diana and a pearl necklace from the late Queen's collection.

Maria Grazia Chiuri reimagined the iconic Dior jacket design for the fashion house's 2024 collection, maintaining the elegance of the original whilst adding contemporary touches.
