One of Princess Kate's "go-to" designer Tabitha Designs Ltd, established by designer Tabitha Webb in 2013, has entered voluntary liquidation after accumulating debts totalling £700,000, just days after another of the royal's favoured designers went into administration.
The company, which became a favourite of the Princess of Wales and numerous television personalities, owes £50,000 in unpaid taxes to HMRC.
Kate has been a devoted wearer of Webb's designs for many years, frequently choosing her colourful creations for official engagements.

A spokesperson for the liquidators told the Daily Mail: "Following a number of business challenges since the pandemic and declining sales as a result, the director of Tabitha Designs Ltd has made the difficult decision to enter liquidation."
During 2020, the royal mother-of-three selected a green chevron pansy blouse priced at £295 for an appearance in Birmingham, and wore a £275 blue jumper during a lockdown video call with midwives.
Kate first wore Webb's work during the 2012 Diamond Jubilee tour, donning a floral dress for a visit to Tuvalu.
Beyond royal circles, the brand dressed prominent television figures including Holly Willoughby, Claudia Winkleman, Davina McCall and Emilia Fox.
The liquidators indicated that creditors are unlikely to recover their money from the collapsed business.
Prior to launching her fashion label, the designer partnered with pop star Dannii Minogue to create Project D in 2010, a brand that the Princess of Wales also wore.

Minogue departed from that venture after three years.
Webb has maintained connections to the Middleton family, collaborating with Pippa Middleton in 2015 on a dress and scarf collection benefiting the British Heart Foundation.
"I met Pippa through friends and she's wonderful," Webb told Hello.
LATEST ROYAL NEWS:
The collapse of Webb's business follows troubling news for another fashion brand favoured by the Princess of Wales.
LK Bennett, the upmarket retailer known for its dresses and footwear worn by Kate during royal duties, submitted paperwork to the High Court on Tuesday indicating plans to appoint administrators.

The luxury chain employs nearly 300 staff and is owned by Chinese-backed Byland UK.
Court approval would see the company enter administration for the second time in six years, following a period of declining trade that prompted urgent attempts to find a buyer.
