Princess Kate is expected to showcase British fashion and jewellery when she visits two textile mills tomorrow, according to a leading diamond expert.
The Princess of Wales, 43, will travel to Suffolk and Kent on Thursday to celebrate British textile manufacturers.
Tobias Kormind, Managing Director of Europe’s largest online diamond jeweller 77 Diamonds, told GB News: “As the Princess of Wales prepares to visit textile mills, I expect her ensemble, including her jewellery, will champion British designers.
“To complement the confident, tailored style she may choose for the occasion, she is likely to opt for dainty stud earrings paired with a more striking necklace—perhaps echoing the bold gold chain-link design she wore for a similar outing in 2023.

“We can also expect her to wear her iconic sapphire engagement ring, once belonging to Princess Diana, rather than her newer eternity band, in keeping with her recent style choices.”
The Princess will carry out engagements in Suffolk and Kent on Thursday, visiting Sudbury Silk Mills and Marina Mill.
Both visits will celebrate the craftsmanship and heritage of the British textiles industry, which she has long championed as part of the UK’s cultural and creative voice.
Kate’s passion for the sector has personal roots. Her paternal ancestors owned William Lupton & Co, a Leeds-based woollen manufacturer.
In recent years, the mother-of-three has visited textile makers in Leeds, Lancaster and South Wales, learning about innovation, history and the sector’s contribution to the economy.
At Sudbury Silk Mills, the Princess will view jacquard weaving techniques that have been part of the business for more than 300 years, while at Marina Mill she will join a small team of artisans specialising in hand-drawn and screen-printed furnishing fabrics.
Her engagements will most probably shine a spotlight on the textile sector, and her choice of outfit and jewellery will inevitably draw interest.
Kate often uses her wardrobe to support British designers, with subtle but symbolic nods through her accessories.

Thursday's appearances are expected to follow that pattern, with her iconic sapphire engagement ring almost certain to be part of the look.
Kate’s appearances often generate a ripple effect for the labels she wears, with pieces selling out within hours.
Retailers will be watching closely to see whether tomorrow’s choices spark a surge in demand.
For designers, even a subtle nod from the Princess can translate into a major commercial boost.
