Jeffrey Epstein's former PA has claimed that she had dinner with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor at Buckingham Palace and attended Princess Beatrice's 18th birthday party.

Sarah Kellen, 46, was employed by Epstein for more than a decade, starting in 2001. She has faced public scrutiny after being listed as one of the four women named as possible "co-conspirators" and was thus granted immunity from prosecution in the disgraced financier's 2007 plea deal.

Following the deal, he served just 13 months in a low-security prison.

Ms Kellen claims she was raped by the convicted paedophile on a near-weekly basis, and said in a congressional interview with the House Oversight Committee last month that she had been "sexually and psychologically abused".

The testimony also saw Ms Kellen refute allegations she was Epstein's "lieutenant" or top recruiter of young girls, instead claiming she was an "indentured slave".

During the interview, she referred to Mr Mountbatten-Windsor and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson as "prominent individuals" she had met with Epstein.

"Prince Andrew was at the New York house," she said, according to the Daily Mail. "We also went to Andrew's private apartment at Buckingham Palace for dinner.

"And we were at Princess Beatrice's party at Windsor Castle".

The revelations raise serious questions about the extent of Andrew's connections to Epstein's inner circle.

A picture surfaced in October last year that appears to show Epstein, dressed in white military uniform, Ghislaine Maxwell, sporting a mask, and convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein on the grounds of Windsor Castle.

Epstein was arrested just eight days after the party.

According to the BBC, it is understood Epstein, Maxwell and Weinstein visited Royal Lodge, Andrew's former residence, prior to the Windsor Castle party.

During his infamous BBC interview in 2019, Andrew directly addressed claims that Epstein had attended the party when a warrant had been issued for his arrest in the States two months prior.

"Certainly I wasn't aware when the invitation was issued what was going on in the United States and I wasn't aware until the media picked up on it because he never said anything about it," he declared.

Ms Kellen said that she never saw the former Duke of York acting inappropriately and did not name him as one of the men that she claims to have had sex with her.

Mr Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested and later released under investigation by Thames Valley Police in February on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

Should the matter proceed to trial, Ms Kellen could potentially serve as a witness given her proximity to the royal and his former wife during her years working for Epstein.

The force confirmed last month that they are assessing possible sexual offences as part of the investigation, particularly reports that a woman was allegedly taken to an address in Windsor in 2010.

However, the woman, who claimed to have been trafficked to the UK to have sex with Mr Mountbatten-Windsor, refused to speak with British police after losing faith and trust in the authorities, according to her lawyers.

Andrew has also strenuously denied any allegations of wrongdoing regarding his links to Epstein.

GB News has approached Mr Mountbatten-Windsor for comment.
