Earl Charles Spencer has issued a relationship update just months after his divorce.
Princess Diana's younger brother marked a significant milestone during a recent getaway to Norway with his partner, Dr Cat Jarman.
The 61-year-old posted a series of photographs on Instagram on April 18, documenting the couple's visit to Oslo.
Earl Spencer wrote alongside the images: "Recent anniversary trip to Oslo with @catjarman - in fact, a double anniversary, as it also marked the end of my first year of not drinking. Never felt better."

The photographs included a selfie of the pair at Vigeland Sculpture Park, with Earl Spencer embracing the Norwegian archaeologist.
Earl Spencer and Ms Jarman first crossed paths at an archaeological excavation at Althorp House, the Spencer family's ancestral estate in Northamptonshire, back in 2021.
The pair have been romantically linked for approximately two years.
Ms Jarman, who hails from Norway, specialises in the Viking Age.

The historian and his archaeologist partner launched a history podcast together in 2023 called The Rabbit Hole Detectives, which they co-host alongside Rev Richard Coles.
Earl Spencer's trip to Norway comes four months after his divorce from Countess Karen Spencer was finalised at the end of December 2025.
The couple had been married for nearly 13 years, having wed at Althorp House in 2011, and share a daughter, Charlotte Diana, who is 13.
