Dara Huang appeared noticeably awkward after a TV presenter mentioned the Royal Family amid her co-parenting agreement with Princess Beatrice.
An uncomfortable moment unfolded during filming for Channel 4's Britain's Most Expensive Houses when estate agent Constance Cunningham referenced the Royal Family whilst showing Huang around a £60 million Bayswater penthouse.
The exchange occurred as the pair stood on the property's balcony, admiring London landmarks.
After Huang identified Kensington Palace amongst the views, Cunningham remarked "the Royal Family", prompting a brief "right" from Huang. Cunningham then added softly: "Who we love so much..."

The interaction, captured for Wednesday's episode at 9pm, carried particular weight given Huang's connection to the royals as mother to Princess Beatrice's stepson.
The moment unfolded as Cunningham guided Huang onto the wraparound terrace, showcasing the penthouse's 360-degree views. Huang pointed out visible landmarks, including the Shard, the London Eye, and the Royal Albert Hall.
Cunningham then directed her attention to Kensington Palace Gardens below. "You've got Kensington Palace," Huang observed.
"The Royal Family..." Cunningham responded.

"Right..." Huang replied, before Cunningham gently interjected: "Who we love so much..."
The property tour was being filmed for the Channel 4 reality documentary series, with Cunningham hoping to secure what would be her biggest sale yet at The Penthouse in the Park Modern development on Bayswater Road.
Huang shares nine-year-old Christopher "Wolfie" Mapelli Mozzi with property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who married Princess Beatrice in July 2020. The couple separated in 2018, two years after Wolfie's birth.
The Harvard-educated interior designer, who gained British citizenship in 2022, maintains joint custody with Edoardo. She told Harper's Bazaar in March 2024: "Wolfie has had two sets of parents trying to help him on both sides, and I just think the more, the merrier."
Edoardo has a young son named Wolfie from his previous relationship with Dara Huang.

Cunningham sought Huang's expertise to appeal to American buyers interested in London property investments, particularly hoping to attract a Miami-based agent contact. The 6,800-square-foot penthouse remains an empty shell with pillars but no walls, allowing purchasers to design the space entirely to their specifications.
"Any buyer at this level would want to put their personal stamp on it," Cunningham explained to Huang during the tour. "So they would completely design it to their own needs. You have 360 views around London and you're on the ninth floor."
The property features one of London's largest wraparound terraces spanning the entire top floor, with panoramic views across Hyde Park and central London landmarks.
