'We can beat Reform!' Arabic poster urging Labour voters to switch to Greens to block Nigel Farage's path to No10 spotted in London

The poster, which was not accompanied with any labelling to suggest it had been sanctioned by the Green Party, urged residents in the Queen's Park & Maida Vale constituency to tactically block Nigel Farage's march to power.

"We can beat Reform," the English version of the poster said. "Leave Labour. Join the Greens."

Mr Farage, Mr Polanski, Mrs Badenoch and Sir Keir's faces all featured on the poster.

The poster included recent polling conducted by Find Out Now that put Reform UK's nationwide support at 32 per cent.

The survey also put Zack Polanski's Green Party in second place on 17 per cent.

Meanwhile, Sir Keir Starmer's Labour ended up in joint third with Kemi Badenoch's Conservative Party on just 16 per cent.

The poster suggested that the Green Party would overtake Reform UK if all Labour voters switched to support Mr Polanski.

Find Out Now's poll could turn Queen's Park & Maida Vale into a key battleground seat between the Green Party and Labour.

Electoral Calculus suggests such a scenario would see the Greens surge from 13.6 per cent to 30 per cent, putting them 2.1 per cent ahead of Labour.

Labour would likely lose thousands of votes, tanking from 52.5 per cent to just 27.9 per cent.

However, such a scenario would also see Reform UK put up a reasonably strong showing in the diverse borough, with Mr Farage trebling his vote share to 15.5 per cent.

Edgware Road, which is located in the City of Westminster, is known as a haven for the Arabic diaspora in London.

There are a large number of Middle Eastern restaurants and many shops include Arabic signage.

The Arab population of Edgware Road is as high as 37.4 per cent in places.

Arabic is also the second most spoken language in the City of Westminster.

More than 26 per cent of residents in the borough do not have English as their main language, including four per cent of residents who cannot speak English well or at all.

Despite no evidence of the poster being officially endorsed by the Green Party, Mr Polanski's steady rise in the opinion polls has come as a result of hoovering up pro-Gaza supporters.

Mr Polanski has also looked to distinguish himself from Mr Farage by claiming the UK was "built on migration".

He has also sparked fury by labelling the Reform UK leader a "fascist".

Following Zohran Mamdani's victory in New York, Mr Polanski has also been sharing social media posts comparing the two to one another.

Mr Mamdani, who last week released a campaign advert of him speaking to New York voters in Arabic, has been described as a "communist" by US President Donald Trump.
