The Clacton MP is refusing to return to the Commons chamber during Prime Minister's Questions until Sir Lindsay Hoyle calls him to grill Sir Keir Starmer

Sir Keir Starmer and Labour MPs have attacked Reform UK leader Nigel Farage during 20 Prime Minister's Questions this year, a GB News investigation has revealed.

Mr Farage confirmed the barrage of attacks from the Prime Minister, Labour MPs and often from Liberal Democrats has now resulted in him going on "strike".

The Clacton MP watched PMQs from the public gallery yesterday, sparking a major row between parliamentarians about the weekly despatch box bout.

Speaking to GB News, Mr Farage said: "I shall listen to Prime Minister's Questions from the gallery in the future.

"There is no point in being there. I am on strike. I will continue until I get a question."

Mr Farage is expected to have to wait another month before having his seventh opportunity to grill the Prime Minister.

Commons Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle has only called Mr Farage six times since the 2024 General Election.

Meanwhile, Tory leader Kemi Badenoch has asked 200 questions and Sir Ed has risen to his feet on another 70 occasions.

Between January 8 and October 22, Sir Keir has landed blows against Mr Farage at 18 PMQs.

Ex-Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner also attacked Mr Farage during her stand-in appearance on June 18.

Meanwhile, Liberal Democrat leader Sir Ed Davey has been ramping up his attacks against Mr Farage, with Tory leader Kemi Badenoch limiting her barbs to July 16.

Labour MPs Josh Slinger, Imran Hussain, Preet Kaur Gill, Mike Tapp, Josh Simons, Matt Western, Nesil Caliskan, Rachel Taylor, Melania Onn, Adam Thompson, Kanishka Narayan, Bill Esterson, Andy MacNae, Richard Burgon, Calvin Bailey, Josie Gosling, John Whitby and Alan Strickland have all taken aim at Reform UK this year.

SNP MP Stephen Gethins and Tory MP Lincoln Jopp have also joined the anti-Reform pile-on in recent months.

“There’s almost no point in me going to PMQs," Mr Farage told GB News last month.

"I have to sit there, take abuse every week, and I have no means of answering. It’s ridiculous.

“There can’t ever have been a situation when a backbench Member of Parliament who is constantly referred to by put up questions from Labour MPs, answers from the Prime Minister, and what do I get?

"Once every few months, I can get up for 30 seconds and once I do I am shouted down.”

Despite only inviting Mr Farage to ask six questions at PMQs, Sir Lindsay has been forced to interject on three occasions due to heckling.

The Speaker intervened twice on February 5 when Mr Farage slapped down an attack on Reform UK’s NHS policy.

Reform UK’s Chief Whip also made a point of order after Mr Farage’s question on July 9 when Independent MP Iqbal Mohamed constantly hectored the Clacton MP.

Mr Farage was separately heckled on September 11 last year when he raised concerns about “two-tier justice” and on April 30 this year on the issue of Channel crossings.

The only Prime Minister’s Questions that saw little to no heckling was on May 14 of this year, when Mr Farage claimed Sir Keir "had learnt very much" from Reform UK when it comes to the migrant crisis.

However, little sympathy is being given to Mr Farage from Labour MPs. Home Office Minister Mike Tapp labelled the Clacton MP a "snowflake".

Meanwhile, Labour MP Graeme Downie added: "Like any bully, he can dish it out but can't take it. What a wimp."
