Carrie Johnson has been hospitalised for two nights due to severe dehydration linked to the current hot weather.
Carrie, 37, who is the wife of former Prime Minister Boris Johnson, 61, revealed the health scare on Instagram yesterday.
Just months after giving birth to her fourth child in May, Carrie warned other mothers about the dangers of dehydration whilst breastfeeding.
She wrote: "Being hospitalised for two nights for severe dehydration was not on my postpartum bingo card."

She also urged breastfeeding mothers to ensure adequate food and water intake during the hot weather, particularly if their babies are clusterfeeding.
Temperatures are expected to exceed 30C this weekend.
The 37-year-old described the past week as "brutal" after experiencing multiple health challenges following her recent birth.
Carrie also revealed she had also been battling mastitis, a painful breast inflammation, while her newborn daughter Poppy has been suffering from reflux.

Despite the difficulties, she expressed gratitude for the support received.
"But thank you for all the kindest messages, especially all the brilliant advice on reflux. Really appreciate it and made me feel way less alone going through it all."
She also praised the NHS for their care during her hospitalisation. "And as ever, thanks to our amazing NHS," Carrie added.
