The woman who was shot and killed by an ICE officer blocked the road for four minutes before her death, surveillance footage has revealed.
Renee Nicole Good, 37, was shot three times and killed by ICE officer Jonathan Ross in Minneapolis after allegedly ignoring officers' demands to exit her car.
Ms Good, a mother of three, is said to have arrived at the scene with her wife, Rebecca, who appears to exit the vehicle around 20 seconds after their arrival. She is then believed to have started filming the incident.
Ms Good can be seen moving the car into the street, seemingly to block the road, although cars can still be seen passing her vehicle.

Then, multiple agents swarm the SUV, including Officer Ross, who grabbed her door, allegedly instructing Ms Good to leave the vehicle, while she appeared to reverse and then drive forward towards the officers.
Officer Ross then fired three shots at the driver, who lost control and crashed into parked cars further down the street.
One video, shared on social media, appears to show Rebecca trying to get back into the car as agents stormed the vehicle.
Ms Good "weaponised her vehicle," according to US Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, adding that she had been "stalking and impeding their work" all day by "blocking them in" with her car and "shouting at them".
The ICE agent feared for his life, she said, and "fired defensive shots".

The couple moved to Minneapolis with Ms Good’s six-year-old child last year.
They are said to have been part of a network of activists coordinated through Ms Good's son's charter school who were actively resisting ICE.
Witnesses at the scene say that the pair were acting as legal observers to the protest, while a local mother told the New York Post, "she was doing the right thing".

However, her mother, Donna Ganger, denied her daughter would be a "part of anything like" the ICE protests, adding that she was "as one of the kindest people I've ever known."
"She was extremely compassionate. She's taken care of people all her life. She was loving, forgiving and affectionate. She was an amazing human being," she told the Minnesota Star Tribune.
Hundreds of demonstrators gathered at a federal building where an immigration court is housed, chanting "shame" and "murder" at armed and masked officers. Other demonstrations were carried out across the country.
Officer Ross has faced intense scrutiny, being branded a "murderer" for his part in the fatal shooting, though the Trump administration says he acted in self-defence after it seemed the vehicle was moving towards him.
It had been noted that he was seriously injured last year when he was dragged by a car in Minnesota, requiring 20 stitches.

Vice President JD Vance said the shooting was justified and Ms Good was a "victim of left-wing ideology", while Donald Trump described Ms Good as a "domestic terrorist".
The President also called her a "professional agitator" who "violently, willfully, and viciously" tried to run over an ICE officer.
A GoFundMe campaign aimed to financially support the family of Ms Good surpassed $1.5million before being closed by organisers on Friday.
"We are here brokenhearted and in awe of your generosity," organisers said.
