A six-year-old boy has been left in a "critical condition" after a car rammed into a crowd at a festival in Pennsylvania.
Mayor Wanda Williams said a woman in a wheelchair and another adult, believed to be a man working for the city's traffic engineering department, were also injured.
According to the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office, the driver of the vehicle was in custody, but she has not been named or formally charged yet.
The red minivan drove through the KIPONA Festival, which takes place every year during the Labour Day weekend, at 6pm on Monday night..

The three-day festival was coming to an end when the car drove around barricades before hitting people in the crowd on South Front Street.
Lottie Beauverd, a shopkeeper at the festival, told ABC: "This car came flying down through here fast.
"Not yelling or anything, but just flying down through this."

The vehicle could be seen with damage to the bumper and bonnet, with more images showing debris surrounding the scene, which was cordoned off by yellow police tape.
Authorities confirmed officers were already in the area as they were helping to clear up after the festival had closed.
Captain Atah Akakpo-Martin from the Harrisburg Bureau of Police said: "It's a shame that something like this ruins what was rather a very successful weekend for the city of Harrisburg."
The festival, which ran from Friday, August 30, to Monday, September 1, was scheduled to end at 6pm, just moments before the car drove through the crowd.

In recent years, Harrisburg has been plagued by incidents at summer celebrations.
During the city's July 4 festivities last year, the Mayor was injured during an incident involving fireworks and guns, and the year prior, rumours of gunshots sent residents fleeing after a fight broke out between youths.
Fireworks were then banned for last year's Kipona festival and this year's Independence Day celebrations.
Both events went without incident.
This year's Kipona featured a drone show, carnival rides, cultural performances and food and art stalls.
