Joe Biden is “not calling the shots” in America and the country’s political system is set up for overseas manipulation, according to Dr Taylor Marshall.
The political commentator told GB News that the US President is in a state of cognitive decline and whether he stands at the next election rests on how well it can be “covered up”.
Marshall said Biden’s cognitive ability is being “covered quite a bit in the United States” after being asked by GB News’ Mark Dolan why the matter “isn’t a bigger story”.
The 80-year-old remains the frontrunner for the Democrat nomination despite concerns mounting about his perceived issues.

Marshall believes “it’s very clear” to Americans that Biden should not be allowed to bid for another term.
“One of the advantages that we have moving forward is we have an alternative media”, he said.

“Twitter [X] has opened up again. A lot of the stories, a lot of the anecdotes, the reels, the stories, the outtakes are being pushed viral. That’s good.
“I think although the mainstream media is not covering the mental and physical decline of President Joe Biden, you see these viral clips daily going around.
“Of course the mainstream media pushed him and have to cover it up.”
He continued by suggesting Biden “does not seem to be the executive” as he assessed the US political landscape.

He told GB News: “It’s very clear to Americans, left and right, Joe Biden does not seem to be the executive.
“He does not seem to be the one calling the shots. There are puppet masters behind the scenes.
“This is something that is just a big problem with American democracy. We can have billionaires from Dubai and billionaires from Europe and Asia who can contribute to the campaigns of our candidates and push them but they can’t vote.
“A fatal flaw in American politics is we have so much international influence in our elections.”
First Lady Jill Biden spoke on the prospect of a competency test for her husband in March, branding the idea “ridiculous”.
The 80-year-old was examined by doctors earlier in the year and given a clean bill of health, barring stiffness in his walk and a combination of arthritis in his back, neuropathy in his feet and the long-term effects of breaking his foot in November 2020.
The US President risked the wrath of China yesterday as he branded Xi Jinping a “dictator”, much to the apparent dismay of his Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken.
Blinken was spotted wincing as he struggled to hide his emotions as Biden made the comment which sparked backlash from China.
The Chinese foreign ministry rebuffed the comment just hours after a bilateral meeting between the two leaders.
